This would be an excellent idea if Ofsted were less like the Spanish Inquisition.

If Heads felt that post Ofsted they would be given constructive guidelines rather than demonised for their failings they would probably be behind the idea.

There is such paranoia about Ofsted that schools spend weeks preparing; time that could be much better spent.
