And when he didn’t click with Ed’s predecessor , you and your colleagues acted immediately to provide us with a replacement (Ed) who was a big hit. I know that it must be difficult to match up a student with a tutor based on some limited parental input in advance, but the ability to change at short notice was invaluable. I would even suggest that the sessions also seemed to motivate him to study harder during the rest of his holiday , so that was another positive from the sessions.
